OC Great Park
We had the honor of handling the flooring scope alongside our partners at Swinerton for this 280,000 SF complex that opened in 2019. It’s actually home to the largest ice facility in CA, which includes three NHL-standard ice rinks, one Olympic-sized rink, and a 2,500 seat arena.
Laguna Niguel City Hall
Getting an early start with the design and construction teams of LPA and C.W. Driver worked to our advantage in contributing to the success of Laguna Niguel’s new City Hall. One third of Laguna Niguel is designated as open space, meaning any new construction needs to be thoughtfully planned out. We were able to assist LPA with floor finish selections, as well as provide C.W. Driver with early budgeting in an effort to ensure a smoother bidding and construction schedule. After the year-long project, we are proud to have been involved in this unique building, which houses city offices, police services, multiple community rooms and offices leased to the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce.
