Eric's mission is to ensure that CIR's projects run smoothly, on schedule, within budget — and without a punch list. To achieve these goals, Eric must have a good understanding of every aspect of a project. He must double- and triple- check to make sure every step has been addressed. And if he foresees any glitch, he must get with the right people to correct it before it impacts a project. Eric's experience working for a large homebuilder helped prepare him for the challenges of commercial interiors work. Joining CIR as project manager in 2005, he now applies his attention to detail and pro-active attitude even more widely, and instills these qualities in his team.
